Charles Aznavour in Yerevan

Legendary Armenian singer and song writer Charles Aznavour has arrived in Yerevan to participate in the Golden Apricot International Film Festival (GAIFF), Armenpress reports, citing the GAIFF Press Srvice.

A star to honor the great musician will be unveiled in the square bearing his name before the festival’s opening.

The program includes retro screenings of films starring Aznavour. One of them, Shoot at the Piano Player, will open this year’s festival.
