Armenian bank to sponsor animation anniversary event

Conversebank will be the financial sponsor of an open-air animation screening event dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Armenian animation art.

The event is being organized by the joint efforts of the bank and the representatives of the international animation festival ReAnimania.

Animation films will be screened every Saturday evening from August 17 until October 31 at the Yerevan Park for Lovers. The visitors will be offered a chance to enjoy popular and loved cartoons by the masters of the Armenian animation.

The fifth international ReAnimania festival, which will run from October 26 through October 31, will see leading animation specialists from different countries join the Armenian animators.

The program also includes a thematic competition for the best short animation film. It is aimed at boosting the creative talent of the Armenian animators and involving more young specialist in the industry. The winners will receive a Conversebank’s special awards at the end of the ReAnimania festival.
