Yerevan school named after Hrant Dink

Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan attended the renaming ceremony of Yerevan School #44.
 
The Yerevan Municipality decided to name the school after Hrant Dink, the Turkish-Armenian journalist and editor of the Istanbul-based Agos newspaper.

Attending the ceremony was Hrant Dink’s widow Rakel Dink.

Following the ceremony, Mayor Taron Margaryan and Hrant Dink’s family attended the event “I am Hrant Dink.”

Deputy Mayor Aram Sukiasyan said that it is a great honor to attend the Hrant Dink school as his biography is a great symbol for the young generation.
