Armenian song for Eurovision 2014 selected

The Public Television of Armenia reports that the song of the Armenian participant in Eurovision 2014 has been selected.

The Armenian group received more than 75 songs by Armenian and foreign composers.

The song was selected after several auditions.

The experts considered modern trends, the voice of the Armenian candidate Aram MP-3 and his being in conformity with modern musical tastes. According to the group’s decision, the song and clip is to be released before March 15.

The motto of Eurovision 2014 is ‘Join Us’.

On February 3, Armenian candidate Aram MP-3 presented to the public his cover version of the song ‘Only Teardrops’, with music performed by fold instruments.
