The 4-day exhibition of paintings by Honored Art Worker of Armenia Valmar in Armenia’s Parliament really refines and “lulls” the MPs, Vice-Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan told Tert.am.
“I bless the painters for refining us, and I think many of the MPs came and refined,” she said.
