Yerevan schools hold events on Francophonie Days

Yerevan Vice-Mayor Aram Sukiasyan and French Ambassador to Armenia Henri Reynaud attended a concert on the occasion of the Francophonie Days, at the Ghazaros Saryan Art School in Yerevan.

The students performed compositions by French composers. They also put on a performance based on The Carnival of the Animals (Le carnaval des animaux), a musical suite by Charles-Camille Saint-Saëns. Students playing folk instruments performed compositions by contemporary French composers.
