Serzh Sargsyan extends birthday greetings to merited composer

President Serzh Sargsyan has extended heartfelt congratulations to the merited Armenian composer, Vladilen Balyan, who turns 90 today.

In an address, he has highly played the artist’s contribution to the development of the Armenian musical art.
