‘Remembrance, responsibility, future’ exhibition at Yerevan Municipality

The exhibition “Remembrance, responsibility, future” has opened at the Yerevan Municipality as part of cooperation between the Yerevan Municiaplity, Armenian Society of the Red Cross and Baden-Württemberg branch of the German Red Cross.

The exhibition shows the life of 23 people, including Armenian POWs during the Great Patriotic War and had to do forced labor and sufferers during the Leningrad blockade.

The exhibition was organized under the program “Armenian victims of National Socialism.” Since 2001, over 150 people have received social support from the Red Cross.

German Ambassador to Armenia Reiner Morell, accompanied by representatives of the German Red Cross, attended the exhibition. He thanked the Yerevan Municipality for organizing the exhibition and supporting different projects.
