I do not consider the return of refugees to Nagorno Karabakh, I consider it important to say more about it, because people need to build their prospects and plans. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at the PACE.

Pashinyan considered dangerously the issue of the return of all refugees in general for the peace process.

"Because clonflicts, including the Karabakh conflict, have begun with the help of humanitarian issues and have become a long-lasting conflict of all of us. My perception is that Armenia and Azerbaijan have recognized each other's territorial integrity, sovereignty, and the inviolability of the borders on the basis of Alma Ata's declaration and should focus on implementing this resolution.

In the coming decades, Armenia and Azerbaijan should simply leave each other and need to focus on economic cooperation and a step-by-step dialogue. And our compatriots in Karabakh should began to began to live in Armenia as a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, they will build their downs in Armenia. This is our strategy, "Pashinyan said.
