“I deeply believe that Armenia has a European vocation and a European destiny; I believe the same about Georgia,” said French President Emmanuel Macron during the “Yerevan Dialogue 2026” international conference.

“The South Caucasus should not be a place for competition between empires that view the region as a prize, setting local nations against one another. The South Caucasus can restore its central position between Europe, Asia, and the Middle East,” Macron said.
