‘Love Never Cares of Age’: Yerevan youth theater premiers play

The Yerevan Theater of the Young Spectator on Wednesday premiered the performance “Love Never Cares for Age”, reports the municipality’s press service.

A leading hero in the play, written on the motives of Gyarfas Miklosh’s novel, :Awaken and Sing", was Margarita Mnatsakanyan, an associate professor of the Yerevan State Institute of Cinema and Theater, who is celebrating a jubilee anniversary this year.

The event was attended by a deputy mayor of Yerevan, Aram Sukiasyan, as well as different art and theatre critics, government officials and theater lovers.

On behalf of Mayor Taron Margaryan, the deputy mayor congratulated the leading actress on her anniversary at the end, thanking her for the great efforts to educate dedicated generations.

Earlier, Mnatsakanyan was honored with the mayor’s Gold Medal for her long-lasting contribution to the theater art.
