Ucom Service Center in Artashat Reopens at a New Address (photo)

Ucom’s service center in Artashat has reopened at its new location at 93 August 23 Street. The renovated center offers customers greater comfort and a modern environment where they can access Ucom services, receive professional advice, and explore the company’s latest offers.

The Artashat service center is one of Ucom’s 73 sales and service centers. It brings together the company’s full range of mobile and fixed-line services, television services, Wi-Fi solutions, and smart devices under one roof. Customers can choose services that best meet their needs, purchase devices, and receive the necessary support.

“Our priority is to make Ucom services as simple and convenient to access as possible, regardless of which city or community in Armenia our customers live in. Modernizing our service centers is an important part of this approach. We aim to create an environment where customers can not only resolve their issues quickly but also explore new technological opportunities and choose solutions that make their everyday lives more convenient,” said Ralph Yirikian, General Director of Ucom.

From November 6 through November 13, inclusive, customers who purchase any smartphone at the Artashat service center will receive a pair of Canyon wireless earphones as a gift.
