William Saroyan’s Fresno House to be preserved as museum

Armenia’s minister of culture on Saturday commented on the recently announced auction sale for William Saroyan’s house in Fresno.

“The process was successfully completed,” Hasmik Poghosyan told reporters, without commenting on details.

The minister said she knows that the question is going to be discussed in the near future, adding that the new owner intends to preserve the construction as a house-museum.
