Bako Sahakyan attends Artsakh Day concerts in Moscow
On the sidelines of “Artsakh Days in Moscow”, President of the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan on Friday attended a solemn concert by various bands from his country.
In a speech delivered later, the president highlighted the significance of the cultural event, considering it a unique bridge towards the expansion and deepening of future friendly ties between the Armenian and Russian peoples.
According to a press release by the NKR Presidential Office, the event was also attended by Armenian Ambassador to Russia Oleg Yesayan, the primate of the Armenian Apostolic Church’s Diocese for Russia and New Nakhichevan, Archbishop Pargev Martirossyan, NKR Deputy Premier Arthur Aghabekyan and other high-ranking officials, as well as representative of Russia’s social, academic and cultural circles and members of the local Armenian community.
