Putin grants Russian citizenship to Steven Seagal

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to grant Russian citizenship to Hollywood actor and martial artist Steven Seagal, the news agency Tass reports, citing the Kremlin press service.

Steven Seagal, well known to the Russian audiences for his famous films Under Siege, Out for Justice and others, is one of the best world experts in Oriental martial arts which he has been practicing since childhood.
