The beauty's sleeveless couture dress featured an open back and a modest neckline, but came away from her bust to reveal her pert sideboob, the Daily Mail reports.

The reality star was seen grappling with the fabric as she entered the theatre, before managing to fix it back onto her bust and striking a pose.

The KKW Beauty founder wore her hair in a low ponytail, while her glam included a plump, nude lip and a soft, smokey eye.
