Trainspotting 2 star Bradley Welsh killed in Edinburgh shooting after ‘disturbance’ in city centre

A trainspotting T2 actor has died after being blasted in the head near his home in Edinburgh.

Bradley Welsh, who played gangland kingpin Doyle in the sequel, was gunned down in the street at around 8pm last night following a "disturbance".

Armed cops were scrambled as paramedics battled to save Bradley, who was sadly pronounced dead at the scene, The Sun reports.

Sources said earlier he had suffered “life-threatening” wounds to the head.
