Eager to repeat the blockbuster success of Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody and Elton John movie Rocketman, film producers are searching for the next colourful story of rock excess.

And who better than Led Zeppelin, the band with a history of outrageous exploits.

Guitarist Jimmy Page has revealed that talks have been held about Led Zep's story being turned into a big-screen drama, the Daily Mail reports.

“It's been discussed,” he confirms. “There are always people trying to make money out of Led Zeppelin. In Siberia and LA, there's probably a meeting going on right now.”
