Junior Eurovision 2019: Armenia takes nineth place
Armenia took the nineth place in the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Gliwice, Poland.
Karine Ignatyan performed her song, Colors of Your Dream, at the at the Gliwice Arena on Sunday.
The winner was selected by the jury and TV audience in the 50/50 proportion.
The Kazakh participant, Yerzhan Maxim (known to the Armenian audience from the Voice Russia) was named this year’s top winner. Poland came in the second, followed by Spain (which was taking part in the event after a 13-year interval).
The seventeenth edition of the annual junior song contest had brought together overall 19 countries. Israel and Azerbaijan rejected the bid to participate in this year’s event.
