Village People vocalist Victor Willis says President Donald Trump and his campaign have repeatedly ignored his pleas to stop playing the song YMCA. at his rallies.

The singer-songwriter, 69, took to Facebook on Tuesday explaining how his requests for the president to cease and desist playing the stalwart hit have fallen upon deaf ears, the Daily Mail reports.

"Though I've asked him to stop, now it seems the President has amped-up his use of YMCA. by using the song at the close of his speech at each of his rallies," The Village People's founding member said.

The Dallas, Texas native said that despite having "a great deal of control over the song," Trump "has made it clear that he loves YMCA and apparently he's going to continue legally using it come hell or high water," adding, "yall know how he is."
