Silence = Genocide: System of a Down launches charity benefit in aid to Artsakh

System of a Down band members John Dolmanyan and Shavo Odajyan are launching a charity benefit in support to Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh).

The special singing event, entitled Silence = Genocide, will take place at the  St. Leon Armenian Church on Friday, October 16. A candlelight vigil will be held later in commemoration to all the soldiers who died in the recent fierce battles against Azerbaijan.

The band's lead vocalist, Serj Tankian has announced the concert on Instagram.

The entire proceeds will be directed to Hayastan All Armenian Fund.
