I am deeply convinced that constitutional reforms in Kazakhstan will give new impetus to the strategic partnership between Yerevan and Astana. Nikol Pashinyan

Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, on the successful holding of the constitutional referendum.

The message states:

“Please accept my sincere congratulations on the successful conduct of the constitutional referendum, which is a fundamental step toward building the ‘Fair Kazakhstan’ proclaimed by you.

The results of the nationwide vote once again demonstrated the responsible attitude of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan toward ensuring the country’s independence and sovereignty under the rule of law, as well as toward building a prosperous and modern society.

I am deeply confident that the constitutional reforms in Kazakhstan will give new momentum to the interstate strategic partnership between Yerevan and Astana, to the benefit of strengthening the friendship between our peoples. I sincerely wish you new successes in your state activities, as well as good health and prosperity.”
