ԱՄՆ-ում 65 կմ/ժամ արագությամբ մոլեգնող քամին անգամ չի խանգարել հարյուրավոր մարդկանց՝ այցելել այս տարվա «Այրվող մարդ» (Burning Man) փառատոնին: Այս մասին են վկայում Daily Mail-ի հրապարակած լուսանկարները:

Each of the horizontal streets has a name to help people navigate, while each of the vertical streets is named after the clock position it sits along. The rest of the campsite is organized into blocks, with the exception of the circular Centre Camp at the base of the semi-circle

The original Black Rock City was a simple circle of tents surrounding the Burning Man sculpture which sat in the middle, which then evolved into a 'keyhole' shape, before taking on the semi-circle design in 1997

Initially the city took up less than half of the circle shape and housed just 9,000 people with five cross-streets. Today it is home to 65,000, with 15 cross-streets and occupies more than two thirds of the circle

While the location of Burning Man, in the middle of Black Rock desert, does allow for a week of uninterrupted partying to take place - it does also mean visitors may have to put up with some fierce dust storms

Burners come to the festival well-equipped with goggles and face masks to prevent themselves becoming blinded or choked by the dust

The theme of this year's gathering is 'Festival of Mirrors' and so many of the artworks dotted around the campsite are reflective

Standing in the middle of the campground is the Man sculpture for which the festival is named which is burned at the end of the week

Alongside the Man, the middle of the camp is filled with other sculptures which are also torched as the festival winds down

Each year Burning Man has a theme, and this year it is 'Carnival of Mirrors', so many of the artworks include reflective surfaces

'Burner' Wilf Griese, as festival attendees are known, pulls a face while looking into one of the artworks set up inside Black Rock City

As well as sculpture and speaker systems, visitors to Burning Man have also been provided with a playground, including this swing set

Festival-goers walk around an artwork known as Totems of Confessions, where people are asked to write confessions on a piece of paper which will then be pinned to the inside of the tower before being burned along with it

Unlike the totem sculpture, other artworks are mobile, such as El Pulpo Mecanico (right), which is mounted on a car and driven around
