Ինչպես ներկայացնում է Oddity Cnetral-ը` 34-ամյա նկարիչը հայտնիների դիմանկարներն ստեղծում է՝ օգտագործելով միայն սովորական ատամի մածուկը: Նրա ամենանշանավոր գործերի շարքում են Ռոբին Ուիլյամսի, Մայլի Սայրուսի, Էմմա Ուոտսոնի, Լեդի Գագայի և Սըր Էլթոն Ջոնի դիմանկարները: Դրանք բոլորն ստեղծվել են հիգիենայի պարագայի կիրառմամբ միայն:

Ատամի մածուկով նկարելը ավելի բարդ է, քան կարող է թվալ: Ռամոսը յուրաքանչյուր պատկերի ստեղծման համար 200 ժամ և 30 ատամի մածուկի տուփ է ծախսում: Ատամի մածուկով աշխատելը բարդ է, քանի որ այն շատ կպչուն է և շուտ է չորանում, իսկ բույրը երբեմն նույնպես խոչընդոտող հանգամանք է դառնում երկար աշխատելո համար:
