Ճապոնիայի փրկարարները 6 օր տևած ինտենսիվ որոնողական աշխատանքներից հետո գտել են 7-ամյա Յամատո Տոկիտային, ում ծնողները որպես պատիժ մենակ էին թողել Հոկայդո կղզու վայրի անտառներում:

Ինչպես նշում է The Daily Mail-ը, երեխային հրաշքով հաջողվել է 6 օր շարունակ մնալ արջերով բնակեցված լեռներում ու չդառնալ գիշատիչների զոհը: Այնուհանդերձ` նա թույլ է եղել, քանի որ այս օրերի ընթացքում չի սնվել ու ջուր չի խմել:

Փրկարարները Յամատոյին հայտնաբերել են 5 կմ հեռու այն վայրից, որտեղ ծնողները նրան միտումնավոր լքել էին: Այժմ երեխան հոսպիտալացված է:

Ավելի վաղ նրա ծնողները դիմել էին ոստիկանություն` ասելով, թե իբր տղան անհետացել է հեծանվային զբոսանքի ժամանակ: Սակայն ժամեր անց խոստովանել էին, որ իրենք միտումնավոր են երեխային մենակ թողել լեռներում` այդպիսով փորձելով պատժել նրան:

«Նա մեքենայի պատուհանից քարեր էր նետում անցնող մյուս մեքենաների վրա: Դրա համար մենք նրան ճանապարհի մեջտեղում իջեցրինք և ասացինք, որ իր վատ պահվածքի համար ինքը մենակ է մնալու վայրի տեղանքում: Րոպեներ անց մենք հետ վերադարձանք, որպեսզի Յամատոյին վերցնենք, բայց նա այլևս տեղում չէր»,-արցունքն աչքերին ասել է հայրը:
